I don’t really get why taking medicine for mental health is so taboo but i know i’d like to be a part of changing that 🙏🏼💊

so here in my little corner of the internet i talk about shit that is scary vulnerable and that includes talking about the fact that i take medicine to help me get a handle on my often-messy (and lately EXTREMELY messy) head. bc adding shame to something as complicated and common as mental health sucks, ya know?

here’s hoping this new little pill helps me and this ridiculous reel helps someone who maybe needs it
